Following the terrorist attacks in Paris on 13 November last year, security measures at the Philharmonie de Paris have been increased and include bag searches, agents equipped with metal detectors at every door, and a ban on entering with bags larger than airline carry-on size. In order to facilitate security checks, the doors to the Philharmonie will open 90 minutes before the start of each concert, and we kindly request that patrons allow extra time to arrive.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Throughout the season (except for the Days Off and Jazz à la Villette Festival concerts) a free shuttle service to various destinations within Paris is provided by the Philharmonie at the end of each concert in the Main Auditorium or Concert Hall.
The shuttles are indicated by "Point de RDV navettes" ("Shuttle meeting point") signs in Hall 3 at the end of the concert. A welcome host will accompany passengers to the two shuttle buses parked in Boulevard Sérurier.

This shuttle service is reserved exclusively for patrons of the Philharmonie de Paris holding a valid ticket for a concert or event on the same day (subject to availability).  Welcome staff will direct you to the shuttle at the end of the concert.

For the 2015/16 season, the Orchestre de Paris has teamed up with Taxis G7 to make getting home easier by installing a taxi hotline immediately outside the Philharmonie’s Main Auditorium.  The taxi callbox is located 100 metres to the right of the exit on the main entry level (Level 3).
A G7 agent is available to take your reservation in the entrance foyer (Level 3).

BOAT
During the summer months, the Philharmonie de Paris can be reached by boat, departing from and arriving at the Port de l’Arsenal or the Musée d’Orsay.
